Multi-channel Campaigns

I design and manage integrated campaigns across email, text messaging, social media, and direct mail to promote our client appreciation events and maintain client engagement throughout the year. Each channel plays a distinct role: the section on our mailing serve as a tangible first touch, Mailchimp emails provide branded invitations and RSVP links, CRM text campaigns deliver concise reminders, and social media creates buzz leading up to the event. To maximize turnout, I also coordinate prospecting nights where our team personally calls clients who haven’t responded. Layering these touchpoints ensures high attendance and multiple opportunities for engagement. Signature campaigns include our Thanksgiving Pie Giveaway, private movie screenings, and Wine Tasting Event, all of which have consistently drawn strong participation and reinforced long-term client loyalty.

Social Media Strategy

I oversee the company’s primary social media accounts, managing content creation, graphic design, copywriting, and scheduling to maintain consistent branding and active engagement across platforms. Our strategy centers on Instagram and Facebook, while also incorporating LinkedIn, TikTok, Vimeo, and YouTube Shorts to expand reach and adapt content for different audiences. Alongside this, I support six+ agents by reviewing their content strategies and coaching them on ways to boost engagement—encouraging videos, personal stories, and lifestyle-driven posts instead of relying solely on listing updates. I also create tailored campaigns for events, listings, and community initiatives, ensuring the company’s social presence remains professional, cohesive, and aligned with marketing goals. By combining direct management with strategic guidance, I elevate brand visibility while helping agents build stronger, more authentic connections with their audiences.

Before I started, Meta Business Suite was not properly set up, which means there is no reliable data to compare performance before my management. However, since I began tracking, I can compare my first year vs. my second year, which give insight into growth and trends.

Campaign Analysis & Insights

I monitor the performance of all marketing initiatives, including client events, social media and email, and direct mail. By tracking metrics such as RSVPs, attendance, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions, I create a complete picture of campaign effectiveness. I then prepare reports and dashboards for leadership, translating the data into clear insights and recommendations. For example, I analyze outcomes for campaigns tied to our Thanksgiving Pie Giveaway, wine tastings, and private screenings, as well as listing promotions and community-focused posts. These insights have directly shaped our strategy, allowing us to refine outreach methods, increase engagement, and strengthen results over time.

Website Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Website Performance Reporting

When asked to optimize the company website, I had limited prior SEO experience, but I rose to the challenge by conducting thorough research, tutorials, and instructional videos to build my skills. The website, built on WordPress, had not fully implemented the original SEO plan from the developer, so I took ownership of the initiative. I applied my learning to implement on-page optimization, keyword strategies, technical improvements, and content updates using tools like Yoast SEO, enhancing search visibility, user experience, and lead generation. Through self-directed learning and persistence, I successfully improved the website’s performance, resulting in higher organic traffic and more inbound client inquiries, while establishing a foundation for ongoing SEO optimization.

I produce regular performance reports to track website traffic, user engagement, and conversions, ensuring that all digital marketing efforts are data-driven and effective. Using WordPress analytics tools, Yoast SEO insights, and Google Analytics, I monitor key metrics such as page views, visitor behavior, referral sources, and lead conversions. These reports provide leadership with actionable insights, helping guide content strategy, SEO initiatives, and campaign adjustments. By consistently analyzing and interpreting website data, I ensure the site continues to support marketing goals, drive traffic, and generate client inquiries.

Client Appreciation Events

I plan and execute large-scale client appreciation events with 100–200 attendees, managing budgets from $5K–$10K depending on the event. Using a sprint-based approach, I break each event into focused planning phases—including venue selection, vendor and sponsor coordination, invitations, décor, and day-of logistics—to ensure timely execution and high-quality experiences. To drive attendance, I create multi-channel invitation campaigns using email, text, social media, and direct mail, and coordinate outreach to sponsors and partners when applicable. Signature events include the Thanksgiving Pie Giveaway, private movie screenings, and wine-tasting nights, each tailored to the audience and goals of the event. By managing both logistics and marketing, I ensure each event strengthens client relationships, supports community engagement, and maximizes return on budget and effort.

Marketing Collateral

When I first joined the Mark Seiden Real Estate Team, the company was transitioning to Howard Hanna | Rand Realty, which required creating an entirely new suite of marketing collateral to reflect the updated branding. In August 2024, when the team left Howard Hanna | Rand Realty, I once again reworked all collateral while also introducing fresh ideas and new creative approaches to strengthen our independent brand identity. Today, I manage the full production of both print and digital materials, including postcards (just sold, just listed, and open house campaigns), flyers, brochures, and one-pagers, and event signage such as banners, posters, table signage, and directional signs. I also design and update business cards and stationery, create birthday cards and client appreciation materials, and manage monthly mailings. In addition, I oversee all social media for the company and its agents—designing graphics, writing copy, and scheduling content across platforms to maintain consistent branding and engagement. From concept to delivery, I ensure every piece of collateral reflects a polished, professional presentation. Samples are included below, with additional examples available upon request.

Mailings

When I first joined the Mark Seiden Real Estate Team, mailing campaigns were handled by a third-party provider. After demonstrating my design and marketing capabilities, my manager entrusted me with full responsibility for creating and managing these campaigns in-house. I produce more about ten mailings annually that are distributed to households across Briarcliff Manor, Pocantico Hills, and Ossining. Each mailing is developed with input from leadership and highlights local real estate updates, upcoming events, and lifestyle content to keep the community engaged.
